At Lions Panzek Martial Arts, our mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all individuals to experience the benefits of Tae Kwon Do. Whether it be for our standard program, Lion Cubs, or our special needs students we focus on the unique needs of our students providing classes that promote physical and mental growth. Join us in our journey to build confidence, discipline, and respect among families and individuals alike.

- 6th Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do
- Certified International Tae Kwon Do Master by Kukkiwon (Korean headquarters)
- US Navy veteran
- Owner and Master Instructor of Lions Panzek Martial Arts
- Past World Tae Kwon Do International Coach
- Past World Tae Kwon Do International Para Tae kwon do Coach (Special needs)
- USA Tae Kwon Do Associate Coach
- Creator and Master Instructor for the Western DuPage Special Recreation Associations martial arts program since 2015
- Master Instructor for the Winfield Park Districts Tae Kwon Do program
- Former Master Instructor of the Prospect Heights Park District Tae Kwon Do program for over a decade
- Assistant Master Instructor for Lions Tae Kwon Do Academy in Arlington Heights
- Has a BS Degree from DeVry University
- Gold Presidential Volunteer Service Award recipient
- Past President and current Board Member of the Greater Winfield Chamber of Commerce
- CPR, First Aid, AED Certified
- Mental Health First Aid Certified
- Has been teaching students of all ages and abilities for OVER a decade
