- Master Panzek is a 5th Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do
- US Navy veteran
- Owner and Master Instructor of Lions Panzek Martial Arts
- International Coach
- Has been running the WDSRA special needs martial arts program since 2015
- Ran the Prospect Heights Park District Tae Kwon Do program for over a decade
- Is an Assistant Master at Lions Tae Kwon Do in Arlington Heights
- Has a BS Degree from DeVry University
- Has been teaching students of all ages and abilities for OVER a decade
